Broadway Food Hall

Broadway Food Hall seeks to revitalize a transitional neighborhood by attracting visitors and investment while carefully addressing the risks of gentrification. The project aims to energize the street, boost foot traffic, and create a vibrant destination that draws people back again and again.

Programmatic Design

The food hall showcases local food vendors, supporting underrepresented businesses and boosting foot traffic without displacement.

  • Central courtyard: contains an entertainment stage and shared seating to foster community within the space.

  • Farmers market: operates twice a week doubling as an event space on other days.

  • Workspace: serves as a collaborative hub for the community, businesses, and locals, attracting visitors to the multi-use development.
