Group Design
The site faces challenges including limited transit options, poor connectivity, lack of diverse programming, and insufficient green space. Existing conditions reveal only one bikeable road, a single bus line, and underutilized recreational areas such as Fairgrounds Park and Browns Creek Greenway.
To address these issues, the site was divided into four districts—entertainment, community, transit, and lifestyle—allowing each team member to design a district while collaborating on an integrated overall plan
Entertainment District
The district strikes a balance between community and entertainment, activating the site’s natural features and responding to respected existing developments within the community.
